The most enjoyable aspect of working for Hi-Kalibre is a combination of people, environment and opportunities. It gives me a lot of comfort and pride in what I do now, and to be successful, so I am able to work towards the future opportunities the company has to offer.

When I first started with the company, I had no experience. I was completely new to the industry and have now been here for 17 years. Through the years, the belief, support, and patience that was given by the company made me want to put in the effort to be successful. All of our hard work and effort had paid off and the company had rewarded me with the opportunity to travel overseas to perform an audit and training with some of our agents. To know that I was considered an expert in what I do and the best option for the situation, It is easily one of the biggest achievements of my entire working career.

What I like most about working for Hi-Kalibre is the exceptional work culture. The atmosphere is built on a foundation of respect, which permeates every corner of the facility. Additionally, Hi-Kalibre's unwavering commitment to putting family first has been evident since my first day here. This promise has been upheld numerous times, demonstrating the company's genuine care for its employees.

While I can't speak for everyone, I've personally experienced how the management not only fosters professional growth but also provides unwavering support to help each employee perform their best. This endeavor has yielded numerous successes, particularly in terms of cost savings and material availability. Hi-Kalibre has a very clean facility, with friendly coworkers, and there is always opportunities for advancement for those who want/earn it.

I received my red seal for machining through Hi-Kalibre, as well as many other training courses in and out of house.
